Eighteen years ago God led Robert Irons to begin building relationships with local youth pastors. These relationships were based on mutual support and encouragement of each other's ministry. These relationships were based on the unity of their faith not on the unity of their doctrines. The purpose of these relationships was to help youth pastors delvelop successful youth ministries while fulfilling the vision of their pastor. This freedom resulted in the coordination of local and statewide youth events. Annual statewide events have grown to include the youth conference known as FUSION, mission trips, youth pastor and spouse's ministry weekend and summer camps.
