There is a new and passionate worship movement emerging from Youth America & Church of the Harvest. Led by Natalie Pankratz, Worship Pastor, and Grant Pankratz, Music Director, the Worship Team leads thousands of teenagers in praise and worship every year through the Youth America Summer Camps and every weekend over four main campuses. Their worship expression represents the spirit of their house, Church of the Harvest in Oklahoma . Their latest original worship project is entitled “Beautiful Price”.

Robert and Kathy are a powerful ministry team. Anointed by God to build relationships and network the Body of Christ. Some of their training and ministry experiences include employment with Conway High School, Church of the Harvest/Youth America, Agape Church and Young Life. While working for Young Life they learned the value of "building relationships and earning the right to be heard". This proved to be the cornerstone of their calling in ministry.

After working for Young Life they went to work for Pastor Happy Caldwell at Agape Church. While serving as Youth Ministers at Agape they founded the Arkansas Youth Ministers Network. The Network was established by building relationships with Youth Ministers in the same way they had learned to reach youth through relationships. The best discovery in these relationships are the gifts that God has placed in each one of our lives.

Robert and Kathy have a passion to see each gift in the Body of Christ used in building up one another until we all reach the fullness of Christ.
